Mr Lessman was prompt to turn up to quote on the work to be done, he was very reasonable in price, and he turned up every day on time and finished the work to an extremely high standard in the time he said it would take him. I have no qualms at all about recommending him. He is well mannered, efficient and pleasant. He does a full day's work once he's there, and, quite importantly, he doesn't spend the entire day asking for endless cups of tea. He doesn't smoke and he even brought his own drinks! He also worked really well around the other contractors when necessary. Nearly two years on, I am still incredibly pleased with the tiling.
